Stirling, Scotland 2004 - The Photographs

The long-planned get-together of the 'Skittish Quilters' came to fruition at Stirling University Campus, Scotland in June of 2004. Albeit organised by the scs 'ladies who knit', as against those ladies who 'nit pick', honorary membership of this exclusive club was made available to the rest of us, even we mere males, for the duration.

On Friday 11th June a meal was arranged at the "Birds And Bees" Restaurant in Stirling, the idea being to get as many folk together 'face to face' as was possible. These photographs are from that event.

Stirling in 2004 wasn't the first time that some of the scs gang had organised a get-together. In May of the previous year, some of them had met up at the Mountain Top Lodge, Dahlonega, Georgia, USA. There's a photograph of those who attended that one at the foot of this page.
