On - Morality :

I'm afraid that morality is an imaginary concept with very vague boundaries and impossible ideals. The fact that only humans have such a concept (if true) is hardly evidence of any sort of superiority and in fact may be an indicator of some sort of mental flaw.

On - Capitalism :

I have found one thing which I do like very much about Wal-Mart, their return policy on the crap they sell is a Scotsman's dream come true. Over the years I can't tell you how many of those damn cheap Smith-Corona electric typewriters I've exchanged after something goes wrong with one of the circuits. I think I bought the first one some ten years ago, and have probably gone through about five or six of the things. Once the thing begins acting up, I simply buy a new one and return the old one in the new box on the new receipt, no questions asked. I figure that as long as they sell such shoddy merchandise I will continue to allow them to reap what they sow. Capitalism meet cannieism.

On - Scottishness :

The citizens of Scotland are no more Scottish than the Scots who today live in America. Scottishness is determined by ethnicity not political jurisdiction. This is why you would not consider an Indian, Paskistani, African, Arabian or any other ethnic group which happend to have citizenship in Scotland to be a Scot. By the same token, Scots who live in America are not red Indians or what we here refer to as "Native Americans" but are quite as much Scots as those who live in the auld country which occupies the northern third of Great Britain.

On - The Derivation of Aikens :

The problem is, of course, that there is any number of possibilities for the derivation of the name, none of which at this point seem provable. Just like any other clan, we have our own pet traditions regarding the origin of our surname, so until someone can definately prove one theory of the bunch to be definately true, there is little reason to have more confidence in one theory over the others.

On - Akins Clan Membership :

The inhabitants of Scotland are not known for an interest in their heritage, of the 120 odd families who are members of the Clan Akins Society all but 6 are residents of the U.S., 5 in Canada, and 1 in Ecuador where she is stationed in the American embassy.

On - Honor, Duty, Service, Compassion, Faith, Hope and Charity :

Those are qualities well suited for a complacent citizenry composed of boy-scouts, soldiers, nuns, librarians, ministers and missionaries. I think that to be elevated above the commonplace one must possess a refined sense of asthetics, and an air of self-confidence which dissallows association with the lower elements of society.

On - Friends :

Most of my acquaintances are of a superficial nature and are not condusive to meaningful discussions beyond the weather or current events. I use the internet as a means of airing my thoughts on subjects that are beyond the realm of pleasant conversation.

On - Racial Purity :

I'm not all that interested in vigor, I'm more interested in maintaining racial purity. If the white race were not vidgorous, we certainly wouldn't have conquered half the world, but would have died out long ago during the black plague. As it turns out, pure-bred whites are pretty damn vigorous, they are the only race that have managed to spread from their native continent to not only the New World, but also Australia, New Zealand, South Africa and eleswhere.

On - Law, Order and Ethnic Cleansing :

150 years ago we weren't having a problem with black crime. The problem then was the Red Indian. We solved that problem. Consequently, we are not currently plagued with a rampant crime rate involving Indians as the perpetrators. If we had done the same thing with the African-Americans as we did with the Native Americans, then we wouldn't be having the problems that we've been having for the past 40 odd years.

On - Racial Integration :

As in South African my sort of thinking kept the American South from going to hell in a handbasket until the liberals in the U.S. Federal Government decided to reinstitute Reconstruction again in the 1960's. Consequently the civilization of the American South has suffered more determental effects from the policies of the Kennedy and Johnson administrations than it did from the Lincoln and Grant administrations. One man's neighborhood is another man's ghetto. Desegregation is responsible for most of the social problems threatening our Society today. I may never see my wish to return to a segregated society fulfilled, but that does not mean that I should accept things as they are, because I find them to be intolerable.

On - African-Americans :

The high illiteracy rate among African-Americans comes from the fact that literacy is not regarded with the same esteem that it is among the white population. What the American blacks seem to esteem is being members of violent criminal gangs into which they are initiated by committing murder, rape and/or robbery, getting young girls pregnant and abandoning their bastard offspring, listening to putrid filth set to weird sounds which they call rap-music, driving expensive European sportscars purchased with drug-money, and wearing ostentacious gold-jewelry and loose-fitting pants that hang off their backsides as if to say to the world, "kiss my ass !" Is it any wonder that anyone would have nothing but disdain for such a backwards and blatently hopless people? I frankly cannot understand the sympathy so many liberals seem intent on lavishing upon them.

On - Involvement :

There is a great deal of difference between understanding that the enslavement of one racial group by another is no more evil than using animals for medical research or slaughtering them for food, leather and fur, in contrast to your unfounded accusations that I advocate actual violence and genocide against a particular racial group. While I understand that slavery of one people in the service to another should be no more shocking or abominable than any of the other atrocities humans regularly engage in against their fellow creatures and the enviroment, this is not the same as actually advocating violence against a certain people without just cause. In other words, I am aware that millions of Ethiopians are starving to death in disease-ridden filth and I am okay with that, but that is a different thing from actually rounding them up, putting them on boxcars and sending them to their deaths in concentration camps. The position that I take is a "hands off" approach, while the other is very much a "hands on" approach. Now, if someone else cared to take the "hands on" approach would I stand in their way? Probably not, as long as their involvement did not affect me personally.

On - Mixed Race Children :

Indeed, they (mixed race children) must face the fact that they are inferior to pure race children. Yes, in this case I will use the term inferior. I do not necessarily view a pure-bred black as being inferior to a pure bred white (except prehaps in I.Q.), but I do view a mulatto child as inferior to a pure-bred child because it is a less ethnically refined product. It is a mongrel offspring.

On - Thomas Jefferson :

For your information Thomas Jefferson (a Southerner who fathered children by Sally Hemmings, a Black slave) was the pervert, decent people didn't copulate with their beasts of burden, they just sent them out into the field to do the work that needed to be done. By the way, Sally Hemming was hardly a coal-black, blue-gummed nigger, she was reportedly the daughter of Jefferson's father-in-law and a half-black mulatto house-servant.

On - His Northern Neighbors :

As a true Southerner entirely descended from families who came to Southern colonies in the 1600's and were the real movers and shakers who actually built this nation while the tepid Yankees watched from a distance as we toiled to turn a wilderness into a civilization, I can honestly say that I don't give a damn as to what others, particularly nigger-coddling Yankee liberals, think about what I have to say. I call it like I see it, and if it offends the sensibilities of the more tender-hearted, then they are the ones who have no place in the Southern Nationalist movement. If your loyalty to your religion causes you to be an obstacle in our fight to build the culture which we are entitled to live in and enjoy, then it is your obligation to step aside and allow us to continue on our mission using whatever tools may be necessary to accomplish our goal. What we strive to attain cannot be won in a delicate and decorious manner, for we are fighting against savages and we must avail ourselves of whatever means that will help to ensure our victory. Turn away if you must, but allow us to continue on our fight with every weapon that can be had for securing the end which we all desire to accomplish.

On - Christianity :

You may be correct that I and most Southern conservatives don't see eye to eye on abortion rights and school prayer. Religion truly is a crutch of the weak-minded and arguments over the morality of abortion is little more than superstition. Abortion if used correctly is of great benefit to the type of society that we all want. It helps to eliminate illegitimate births and mixed race births, neither of which can do anything but cause harm to our society. I'm sure that none of us here would want any of our own children or grandchildren to marry someone who is either illegitimate or of mixed race. So why on earth would you want to eliminate the one means of reducing the amount of undesirable individuals in our society? Oh, that's right, I forgot - your precious Bible tells you it is wrong? That is another thing that is wrong with the Southern Conservative movement, Christianity is nothing more than a Jewish cult. It is a religion based entirely upon the worship of a man of Semetic origin. Hell, the only thing worse than being a Jew is worshipping a Jew in my book! If you weak-minded people need a religion to serve as a crutch for you, then at least have the decency to practice a religion of the same ethnicity as yourselfs. Most of us here in the South are descendants of the Celtic peoples who inhabited the British Isles, so if you need a religion to comfort you, practice Druidism. at least you will be worshipping the gods of our ancestors and not some damn Jew that has been dead for nearly two thousand years!

On - Daily Life :

Well, it's like this really. On the one hand you have the rednecks which are basically our local variety of peasantry, only not so picturesque as the peasants you had back in GB. Ours usually live in a sort of shabby tib-box on wheels with marijuania gardens growing in back. There is one that lives within earshot of my residence, a fellow by the name of ***** who is most probably the product of multi-generational in-breeding. Drives a pickup truck, with a dog and a gun-rack, likes to drink lots of tinned beer and Mr. Daniels' product. After he get's roarin' fou' (usually between 11pm and 2am) he does a bit of target practicing with his 40 gauge shotgun. Then, on the other hand we have the nice, quiet middle-class folk, the ones who go to church on Sunday and keep their grass cut and their houses painted. They don't do much in the way of social affairs beyond church (which they attend on Wednesdays and twice on Sundays), and their jobs which are basically the focus of their lives. Then there is of course the upper-crust new-money elite who are the ones that go to the country club, do the social scene and live in blissful seclusion, and then there are those, like myself, who are somewhere between the middle-class drones and the new-money elitists. We have a bit more in the way of refinement than the frankly dull middle-class, but we aren't quite on even ground economically with the nouveau riche who get to have all of the fun without any of the concerns which trouble us. The poor are too ignorant to know better, the middle-class are too complacent and pious to be concerned, and the upper crust are too cut off from the rest of the world to care, so the concerns of a society which is going to the dogs fall on our doorsteps. Most of us all share the same opinions, yet we are all unable to do anything about the things which trouble us, because of the rest of society's attitudes. Some of us support the NRA, some of us belong to the Southern Party, some join the Sons of Confederate Veterans or the Sons of the American Revolution, and some of us belong to the St. Andrew's Society or the Caledonian Club where we have our get togethers and take our heritage out of the closet, have a toast to the past which we find emminently preferrable to the present, and bemoan what the sorry state of the future will likely be, all the while wistfully wishing we could do something to change its direction, but constantly frustrated at our inability to do so.
